Chicago Bears Traditions celebrates the unmatched history of the NFL’s charter franchise. The 1960s started triumphantly with stars Doug Atkins, Larry Morris and Bill Wade helping the Bears capture the organization’s eighth NFL World Championship in 1963. Two years later, the Bears drafted arguably the greatest and fiercest middle linebacker to play the game in Dick Butkus and one of football’s most skilled ballcarriers in Gale Sayers. A simple but elegant white ‘C’ began to adorn both sides of the team’s dark blue helmet in 1962, and that white 'C' is stiched onto this retro trackjacket.
