1. Where is my order?
You can check the status of your order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by going to My Account. From here you can Log into your account by entering your username and password. In your account, you can access your Order History.
The Order History screen shows you every order you have placed with the Chicago Bears Pro Shop and each order’s status. Please note that this screen does not contain real-time shipping status; this information can be delayed by approximately one business day, so an item showing as open may have actually shipped.

2. Is the item that I want to purchase currently in stock?
If an item is out of stock or discontinued, the product page that displays the product image and price will display "out of stock" or "discontinued" and the Add To Cart button will not be displayed. If an item is backordered, above the price text you will see a message that states the backordered status and the date the product is expected to be back in stock. All other items should be considered in stock.
Due to the very large selection of products that we carry it is impossibile to guarantee 100% availability of all the merchandise that we sell. If an item that you've ordered is out of stock or backordered you will be notified promptly.

3. If I place an order, how quickly will it arrive?
Total delivery time is equal to handling time plus time for the chosen shipping method.
Handling
Handling time is the time needed to select and package your item for pick up by our carrier (UPS).
Shipping
UPS does all of our shipping, using the fastest and most affordable option available. The following are guidelines to use for shipping methods:

4. Can you mail me a catalog?
To request a copy of the 2007 Holiday Catalog, call 866.805.8555 and provide a shipping address. Supplies are limited. Our complete selection of merchandise is available to view 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on store.chicagobears.com.

5. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary and are primarily dependent upon the size and weight of the item, the shipping method, the quantity purchased, and the ship to location.

6. How do I return an item?
We take great pride in striving to offer you the best shopping experience available today. If, for any reason, you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can get a full refund of the product price (shipping cost NOT included) within 45 days of receipt of the item(s). Some exceptions may apply.
To receive either a credit on your charge account or exchange for another item, please note that ALL returns and exchanges must be in new, unused or unworn condition with the original tags and stickers attached. Items deemed worn, used, dirty or missing tags by the Chicago Bears Pro Shop will be returned to purchaser at their expense and no refund will be issued. Since lost return shipments are the responsibility of the customer, be sure to obtain a tracking number from the courier for the return shipment.
To return an item, please call our customer service number at (866) 805-8555 or send us an e-mail at info@chicagobearsstore.com. Please note that shipping and handling charges are customer’s responsibility and these charges are non-refundable unless product shipped is manufacturer defective or shipped due to our error. If you have received merchandise that was damaged during shipment, defective merchandise, or a shipping error on our part (sent wrong size, etc.) you will be sent a UPS Electronic Return Label via e-mail. The recipient prints the return label and attaches it to the package being returned and takes it to a UPS store or gives it to a UPS driver. Once we receive the return shipment we will promptly ship out the correct items.
If you are doing an exchange the items you request MUST be equal to or lesser than the value of the returned merchandise. You may also request an online gift card for the amount of the merchandise you are returning.
On ALL returns please be sure to include your original packing slip (if applicable) and a note stating the reason for the return (i.e. items were too small/big, did not like material, etc.) as well what you would like us to do (i.e. exchange for specific size or item, return for credit, etc.). If there are no instructions we will assume you would like credit for the items. Please include a daytime phone number where we can reach you in case there are any problems or questions.
Please note our non-returnable items:
· Undergarments (panties/boxers/swimwear).
· Custom orders (customized jerseys, personalized items, etc.).
· DVD's may only be returned for credit if the item is unopened. Defective DVD's will only be exchanged for the exact same item.

7. Payment Options:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Your credit card will be charged at the time of shipment. A credit verification and authorization of the payment amount will be done during checkout.

8. Is it safe to use my credit card?
Shopping at the Chicago Bears Online Pro Shop is safe and easy. The security of your credit card and personal information is our top priority. Our site is equipped with secure online ordering capability. Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best software for secure e-commerce transactions. This technology encrypts all of your information, including credit card number, so that it can’t be read as the information travels over the internet.

9. Do I have to pay a Sales Tax?
Sales tax is not charged on orders that are shipping to an address outside of the State of Illinois.

10. How do I cancel/change my order?
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please call us at (866) 805-8555 or send us an e-mail at info@chicagobearsstore.com. Please note that items cannot be added to an existing order. If you wish to add an item you need to place a new order for it. Also, please note, all cancellations must be done within five hours of placing the order in order to avoid all charges. [ top ]
11. When will my order ship?
In stock items are typically fulfilled within 24 hours. However, we ask that you allow up to 3 business days for your order to leave our warehouse. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times may vary according to the shipping method you selected during checkout and the location of your shipping address. Please note that all shipping times are based on business days. No shipping occurs on Saturday, Sunday or nationally recognized holidays.
*Note* This does not apply to drop shipped items, which ship directly from the manufacturer. For these items, please refer to the item description for expected shipping time.

12. Shipping Policies and Restrictions:
Any international duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included and are the responsibility of the customer. If you have any questions about duties or custom charges please contact your local post office.

13. Tracking your Shipment:
You should receive a tracking number automatically via e-mail when your order is processed. You can also obtain a tracking number by contacting our Customer Service Center via e-mail at info@chicagobearsstore.com or calling 1-866-805-8555.

14. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
The Bears Pro Shop does not ship to PO Boxes. You must list a street address for shipping.

15. My UPS tracking number says "Billing Information Received" under the status. What does this mean? ?
It means that UPS has received the electronic transmission of shipment detail from the shipper. It does not necessarily mean that UPS has taken possession of the shipment.

16. If I buy an item, and it goes on sale sometime after I purchase it, can I get a discount?
Unfortunately, we are unable to honor sale prices on purchases prior to an item or items going on sale.
